You can look forward to
- You coordinate bank accounts, powers of attorney and payment transactions
- You will work on projects to reorganize payment transactions as part of the SAP 4 HANA migration
- You maintain our bank master data (assignors / brokers) and update the house banks in the system
- You are the internal contact person for our accountants for payment processing and externally for banks and our investment manager Ampega
- You carry out international payment transactions and register outgoing payments for payment disposition
- You clarify failed payments with the house banks
You come equipped with
Several years of professional experience in bookkeeping / accounting in international payment transactions as well as experience in project workBachelor's degree in economics, business administration - with a focus on finance or comparable commercial trainingIT affinity paired with an experienced handling of Microsoft Office, SAP knowledge is an advantageEnglish at a business fluent level and German at a conversational levelAn international mindset and a precise way of workingDon't meet all the requirements?
