Job Description

This is a remote position.

We’re hiring an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Lead

Your role :

  • Solid knowledge of German legal payroll and time regulations
  • Language required GERMAN
  • Familiar with over all payroll end-to-end processes
  • Hands on mentality
  • Open to new ways of implementing
  • Out of the box thinking

What we’re looking for :

  • 6+ years hands-on SAP Payroll experience
  • Knowledge on German payroll processes, practices and associated legislation
  • Adherence to all Security and Compliance procedures and quality standards
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Capture payroll configuration information
  • Capture payroll exchange localization information
  • Identify deviations from Strada standard(product & processes)
  • Request payroll system set up in snow
