A key part of your role will be to analyse data and trends to continuously evaluate and optimise the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. Developing and maintaining automated email marketing campaigns and managing and segmenting the customer database. Creating and implementing target group-orientated Newsletter with high quality content developed on a regular basis. Collaborate with other teams to achieve marketing goals. Driving automation and individualisation in customer communication.

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

• Understand the relevance and possibilities of a well-maintained CRM program and be able to develop our existing CRM and elevate it to the next level.
• Find the right tools and communication for both our communication channels : Trade Marketing / Dealer Network and Customers.
• Ensuring the consequent use of the tools we provide to the dealer network.
• Maintenance and hygiene for our data bases.
• Planning and developing CRM activations for existing and upcoming models.
• Supporting our Central team with paid digital campaigns on a national level by analysing and optimising the content.
