A well-established international consulting firm with over 20 years of presence in Luxembourg is looking for a Finance Manager to strengthen its financial department.

Finance Manager - Your Responsibilities :

As Finance Manager, you will act as the right hand to the Head of Finance and play a key role in overseeing and optimizing the group's financial function locally and internationally. Your main responsibilities include :

• Overseeing financial operations for multiple group entities
• Preparing and reviewing financial reporting (IFRS) and contributing to consolidation processes
• Managing a team of two managers, one senior, one junior, and supervising an outsourcing team
• Ensuring timely and accurate closings, reports, and financial deliverables
• Taking part in the department's transformation and process improvement initiatives
• Acting as a strategic support to the Head of Finance on key decisions
