Job Title : HR Assistant (Third-Party Contractor)

Job Location : Dsseldorf Germany

We are currently looking for a HR Assistant (fixed-short-term contract with third-party Contractor) to work within our European team in Dsseldorf office.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Provide statistical support for human resources strategy work (e.g. collect information archive documents handle formalities.).
  • Work closely with HRBP / COE and be involved into various HR modules to ensure the implementation of basic actions and regularly evaluate and provide feedback.
  • Use Photoshop skills to design posters for business promotion.
  • Manage the interview process including arranging interviews for new candidates.
  • Identify risks and issues refer to HR operation (including policies processes and IT systems) during process.
  • Implement procedural / administrative systems and perform office procedures.
  • Organize and manage the daily schedules of stakeholder.
  • Manage events book venues and order materials.

Requirements :

  • Education background in bachelors degree and above major in HR business administration or relevant.
  • Previous working experience in HR or administration is preferred.
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese German is considered as an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Computer Skills (Word Excel PPT) and PS.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
