As an AI Agent Developer at Phaina GmbH, you will co-develop our core product—a cutting-edge, vertical Multi-AI-Agent SaaS platform for Guided Selling in the B2B sector. You’ll drive innovation by building automation workflows and in-house AI agents, while exploring and integrating the latest AI tools and technologies. Join us to shape the future of AI-driven product recommendations for global B2B and technical B2C markets.

Activities

  • Enhance our B2B SaaS Vertical AI Agent for Guided Selling  by gathering, pre-processing, and analyzing user data to support data-driven product development
  • Apply advanced AI techniques  such as model evaluation and fine-tuning to continuously improve system performance
  • Develop and maintain communication standards  for our OpenAI Agents SDK-based Multi-AI-Agent system, including the implementation of protocols such as MCP and A2A
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams  (Product, Engineering, Marketing, etc.) to define requirements, share insights, and deliver robust solutions
  • Implement best practices  in prompt engineering, post-training, and automated testing as part of your daily workflow
  • Our tech stack :   Python, AI Agents SDK, Docker, FastAPI, Mem0, postgres vectordb, pytest, pydantic

Requirements

Must  have skills :

  • Professional experience in developing Multi-AI-Agents  using frameworks like langgraph or OpenAI Agents SDK.
  • Strong Python skills  with more than 3 years of professional record
  • Experience in  i mplementing AI- and Web - Security standards  like guardrails, input validation, PII etc.
  • Professional track record  in applying  post-training  techniques like domain specific evaluation and model fine-tuning
  • Professional experience in using Git  VCS

    • Nice to have  skills :

  • Foundational knowledge of the Transformer  Architecture used by LLMs
  • Experienced in using  Dynamic project management  in small teams   using frameworks like Scrum
  • Web-Dev background
  • Workflow automation skills  using tools like n8n. make or zapier
