StellenbeschreibungEin abgeschlossenes Studium (Master oder Diplom) der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Logistik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann (m / w / d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Vertrieb- und Geschäftsentwicklung oder vergleichbaren Tätigkeiten in der Kontrakt- und Transportlogistik Idealerweise mehrjährige operative Erfahrung in der Transport- und Kontraktlogistik Sicherer Umgang in Microsoft Excel und PowerPoint Sehr gute Kommunikation- sowie Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschland und Österreich sowie bei Bedarf auch in Europa Durchsetzungsstärke, Überzeugungskraft und Verhandlungsgeschick in Deutsch sowie Englisch Anstellung in einem unbefristeten Arbeitsverhältnis Schneller und unkomplizierter Einstieg Übertarifliche Bezahlung Individuelle Begleitung und Beratung im Bewerbungsprozess und im Kundeneinsatz
Ihre Aufgaben
- Übernahme des aktiven Verkaufs von Transport- und Logistikdienstleistungen
- Identifikation, Priorisierung und Qualifizierung von Lead- / Target und Potentialkunden
- Leiten von Ausschreibungen, Angeboten, Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen
- Führen von Vertragsverhandlungen
- Entwicklung von innovativen Transport- und Logistiklösungen und –Konzepten
- Beobachtung und Analyse von aktuellen Markt-, Kunden- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen
- Begleitung des Implementierungsprozesses bei Neukunden
- Beratung und Betreuung der Bestandskunden
