Position Title : Account Manager
Location : Germany (homebase)
Job Responsibilities :
- Proactive Customer Acquisition :
- Actively explore and identify potential customer leads through various channels (both online and offline), and follow up on these leads effectively.
- Channel Development & Market Expansion :
- Formulate and implement strategies for channel development and market penetration within the assigned region, establishing a robust dealer network and achieving the company's sales targets.
- Dealer Management & Support :
- Oversee the daily operations and management of dealers, proactively understand their needs, and respond promptly to market conditions and competitor information.
- Market Trend Analysis & Opportunity Identification :
- Analyze regional market trends, identify new growth opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to support business expansion.
- Sales Performance Tracking & Reporting :
- Monitor sales performance, regularly report on sales progress, and identify areas for improvement to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
Qualifications :
Educational Background :Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Surveying, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Remote Sensing, Navigation, or related fields.Work Experience :1-3 years of experience in the surveying and mapping industry, with familiarity in the technical principles and application scenarios of GNSS, RTK, surveying and mapping, etc.Driving Skills :Possess a valid driver's license with good driving skills.Language Proficiency :Fluent in German and English;Others :Having a work permit in Germany is needed.
