Role Overview
- Provide maintenance and support services for applications and operating systems
- Gather extensive diagnostic information, analyze problems, and resolve issues related to end-user computing (EUC) devices
- You work with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth implementation of IT projects.
- Participation in the development and improvement of knowledge base articles and training materials.
- If you cannot solve the problem, you forward it to the next support level.
Your Profile
Fluent German and good English skillsPrevious experience in a helpdesk or service desk support role.Familiarity with operating systems, software applications and hardware components.Customer-focused mindset with a passion for exceptional service.The Offer
Salary : 37k-39k EUR
Permanent contract
Monday to Friday normal working hours
