    An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Senior Account Manager to join an incredibly talented team and to be part of something really special that is taking the world by storm.

    The Role :

    The Senior Account Manager will report into the EMEA Sales Director and will focus on business growth, managing key mass cosmetics retailers.

    You will have full end-to-end account responsibility for Germany, which will include building and executing customer brand strategies, managing customer P&L, and nurturing and maintaining strong relationships. The successful individual will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and will possess a sharp commercial brain, with an eye for detail in the delivery of the channel strategy, while being hands-on in style and approach.

    Responsibilities :

    • Design local sales strategy and execute business building initiatives to grow market
    • shares, rankings, and profitability
    • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external customers to better achieve commercial objectives
    • Negotiate Trading agreements across the EMEA retailers
    • Detect and activate white space opportunities
    • Experience required :

    • A commercially focused sales account manager, with keen business acumen and a demonstrable record of success with a quality consumer brand within the beauty sector.
    • Both a brand and revenue builder, and a real team leader, experience working with key retailers in EMEA.
    • Experience of running and owning P&L.
    • Well-developed analytical skills, with experience of developing appropriate strategies and of engaging in the delivery of these to impact positive growth.
    • A hands-on approach, someone who enjoys leading on strategy delivery.
    • Strong negotiation skills and excellent customer relationship management expertise.
    • Passionate, always striving for the best, exceptional team player with authentic style.
    • Polish speaking desirable.
