Sales Director

Our client is a Global Market Leader, selling their products to multiple industries. Due to their aggressive growth, they are searching for a Sales Director :

Responsibilities :

You will report directly to the VP and manage the Sales Team across Europe

You will be responsible for coaching / training the Team and setting all strategic objectives

Identify and spot market trends to ensure they continually stay above market expectations

You will be responsible for the Maritime shipping segment and supply cutting edge mechanical components here

Qualification

Must have experience in the Maritime – shipping industry

Must be supplying mechanical components currently to the above industry

Must have excellent communication skills as there is a lot of customer contact

Must have excellent English language skills

Must be motivated to work in an international environment

50 percent work from home and 50 percent travel across Europe
