Product Manager (f / m / d) - ERP Solution with HCM focus

We are currently seeking a Product Manager (f / m / d) for one of our clients in Berlin a software scale-up that develops a new work oriented ERP Solution with a major focus on HCM . This dynamic young company based in Berlin is at the forefront of innovative software solutions. They are dedicated to revolutionising the tech industry with our cutting-edge saas solution.

Responsibilities :

• Define and manage the product vision strategy and roadmap to align with business goals and customer needs.
• Collect and prioritise customer and stakeholder requirements to ensure the product meets market demands.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation.
• Track product performance using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments.
• Work closely with Engineering Design Marketing and other teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
• Analyse market trends and competitive activities to refine product strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree or higher in Business Computer Science or related fields.

Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.

Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience with data analysis and product analytics tools.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Demonstrated leadership and decision-making capabilities.

Deep understanding of user needs and the ability to translate them into actionable product requirements.

Strong analytical abilities to balance multiple priorities and make data-driven decisions.

Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage time effectively.

Customer-focused with a deep understanding of user needs and market trends.
