Role Summary - As Head of Electrical , you'll be responsible for leading the design and development of modular electrical systems & connecting advanced battery storage solutions to power grids across the world. Responsibilities -

• Lead and Innovate : Oversee the design, development, and enhancement of modular electrical systems, including inverters, ensuring they meet both technical specifications and the evolving needs of the energy sector.
• Shape the Future : Conceptualise and lead the integration of large-scale energy storage systems with the power grid, managing all associated components and ensuring seamless operation.
• Team Leadership : Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, inspiring collaboration, innovation, and accountability to deliver outstanding results.
• Drive Success : Play a critical role in production, quality assurance, and identifying external partners and service providers to support the organisation’s rapid expansion.
