About the Role :

Focus on Sales Cloud configuration & optimization

Act as a key liaison between business users, IT teams & developers

Analyze business processes, data & systems to drive efficiency

Support the setup of the new Life Science Cloud

Create clear documentation ( BRDs, user stories, process flows )

Engage with stakeholders in a dynamic, global environment

Who We’re Looking For :

2+ Years of Salesforce Sales Cloud administration experience

Exposure to commercial stakeholders' management

Strong project management and business analysis skills

Fluent English (Additional languages a plus)

Willing to relocate & work onsite 1-2 days / week in Germany

Nice to have :

Salesforce Admin & Business Analyst Certifications

Experience with Veeva CRM

MBA or PhD in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

Bilingual skills
