Legal Transformation Advisor Role

I am working closely with a remote-first ServiceNow Partner who operate in the Legal, Risk and Compliance sector to help digitally transform their departments.

They are a team of consultants, legal engineers, and project managers who are passionate about transforming the legal world.

As a Legal Transformation Advisor you will work with interdisciplinary teams to shape future legal operations and will manage transformation projects for legal departments, law firms, and compliance teams.

You will optimize legal processes, digitalize operations, and implement technology as well as create customized legal service models and frameworks.

You must have :

• Experience in legal operations, consulting, or transformation projects.
• Understanding of legal workflows and department structures.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Strategic mindset with hands-on skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Preferred : Law degree, business / legal tech background, or relevant consulting experience.
