Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, clearly communicating the value and technical capabilities of our payment solutions.
• Conduct thorough technical reviews of merchant integrations to ensure adherence to guidelines and best practices.
• Provide technical support to both new and existing merchants, assisting them with any technical and integration-related queries.
• Evaluate our merchants' products and devise optimal monetization solutions, leading the integration process.
• Develop technical proposals and documentation to support the sales process.
• Maintain, update, and create comprehensive integration documentation and guidelines for both merchants and internal teams.
• Attend industry conferences and events to stay up-to-date with market trends and establish relationships with potential clients.
• Provide feedback from the field to the product and engineering teams to help shape future product development.
