Location : Southern Germany & Austria (Fully Home Office) Job Type : Full-Time Industry : Electrical Engineering / Drive Technology

About the Role : We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to represent our organization in Southern Germany and Austria. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technical sales and eager to contribute to a sustainable, CO-neutral future. Youll work from your home office, managing existing clients and expanding our customer base.

Product Focus Drives & Inverters : You will be promoting and supporting a range of AC drives and inverters used for precise motor control and energy efficiency in industrial applications. These include :

  • Low Voltage AC Drives for variable-speed motor control.
  • Servo Systems for advanced motion control.
  • Synchronous Drive Systems for high-precision, energy-saving operations.
  • Motors & Motor-Applied Products for diverse industrial sectors.

These solutions are widely used in manufacturing, HVAC, food & beverage, and other automation-driven industries.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical and commercial support to existing customers.
  • Actively acquire new customers and grow the client base.
  • Serve as the interface between customers and internal departments.
  • Participate in trade fairs and customer events.
  • Qualifications :

    Your professional experience and skills :

  • Degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, etc. or comparable training
  • Several years of professional experience in technical sales
  • Good knowledge of electrical drive technology, ideally frequency inverter technology
  • Strong communication skills, a friendly, confident manner and social skills / ability to work in a team
  • High level of initiative, enthusiasm for sales and dealing with customers
  • Good command of English
  • Willingness to travel
