To further strengthen the sales team in Italy, we are looking for a Sales Engineer (m / f / d) to join as soon as possible.
Tasks
- Drive sales of high-precision measurement and testing systems to customers in Italy.
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term customer relationships – from initial contact to deal closure.
- Manage the entire sales process independently , from prospecting to contract negotiation and successful completion.
- Analyse market potential and implement targeted sales strategies to expand business opportunities.
Requirements
Strong background in electrical engineering or a related field, ideally with additional qualifications (e.g., Master Craftsman, Technician, or Bachelor’s degree).3–5 years of experience in a technical or sales-related position, ideally in an international setting.Proficiency in customer consulting, proposal preparation, and CRM systems , along with MS Office skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills , combined with a strong customer focus and service mindset.Fluent in Italian and English (C1 level); German is a plus but not required.Willingness to travel within Italy.Benefits
