A growing home interior products supplier based in Dusseldorf, is looking for a Marketing Clerk to join their expanding team.

In this role, you will be responsible for rapidly growing the brand with a strong product lineup, regularly launching new items and steadily expanding across international markets.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) for a fast-growing online shop.

You will oversee digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and Pinterest, while ensuring the online store’s overall performance continues to improve.

Looking ahead, you will also be expected to take on a leadership role, managing and guiding other members of the marketing team.

WORK TYPE : office-based

VISA SUPPORT : YES

TYPE : Permanent, full-time (probation period is 6 months)

WORKING HOURS : Monday to Friday 40 hours per week

SALARY : €55-65k per annum, depending on experience + 0-3 months performance bonus, transportation fee

START : ASAP

LOCATION : Dusseldorf, Germany (On-site)

Marketing Clerk Main Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all aspects of our official e-commerce website, including daily operations and sales performance
  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media, digital advertising, and budget management, while overseeing performance tracking and continuous improvement through the PDCA cycle
  • Develop and implement brand strategies based on comprehensive market research and analysis
  • Define product positioning and conduct competitive benchmarking
  • Identify and develop new opportunities in European markets and define key customer segments

Marketing Clerk Ideal Candidate :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or a similar role
  • Previous experience of expanding the sales of E-commerce or online shop
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective, brand-aligned marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with strategic thinking skills
  • Results-oriented, with a strong commitment to meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Shopify, and widely used marketing tools and platforms
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a global environment
  • Understanding of Japanese corporate culture is advantage
  • Visa support may be considered depending on experience.
