Job Description

• Investment Sourcing & Execution - Identify and assess opportunities across primary fund investments, secondaries, and co-investments. Take a lead role in driving transaction processes, from initial evaluation through to closing.
• Due Diligence & Analysis - Perform comprehensive due diligence on fund managers and direct opportunities. Build financial models, evaluate investment theses, and prepare decision-making materials.
• Portfolio Oversight - Support ongoing management of the investment portfolio including performance tracking, liquidity planning, and internal reporting.
• Stakeholder Engagement - Maintain regular contact with investment partners, including fund managers and co-investors. Assist in crafting investor communications, supporting capital raising and relationship management.
• Team Development - Mentor growing professionals and contribute to the development of internal processes and knowledge-sharing within the team.
