What to expect :

Development and design of hardware components for battery management systems
Creation of electronic circuit and PCB layouts for electronic components
Performing simulations and tests to ensure functionality and quality
Selection of components and creation of specifications and requirements
Verification and validation
Analysis and optimization of existing systems and components
Documentation of development processes and results
Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and external partners

What you bring along :

Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics or a comparable field of study

Minimum 3 years professional experience in hardware development and testing in the field of battery management systems (BMS) - Must have

Experience in development of analog and digital electronic circuits and PCB design with e.g. Altium Designer or Eagle

Knowledge of electronical components like Mosfets or IGBT

Experience with simulation tools (e.g. LTspice, PSpice)

Experience in power electronics

Fluent English language skills , both written and spoken, German is a plus

Team player, strong communication skills, and a structured work approach
