Location : Aachen / Hybrid

Salary Range : 70.000€-77.000€ per annum depending on experience.

VSOP : 10.000$ of virtual shares in FibreCoat.

Contract : Permanent. Full-time.

iO Associates are proud to be partnered with FibreCoat, a fast-growing scale-up revolutionising high-performance materials. We're seeking a Financial Controller (m / f / d) to partner closely with leadership and shape the finance function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and establish a fit-for-purpose controlling and reporting system - no corporate overhead, just what's needed to support agile decision-making.
• Act as a sparring partner to the CFO and Engineering leaders at FibreCoat.
• Lead budgeting processes, set up and manage cost centres, and implement cash flow planning and production cost tracking.
• Take ownership of ERP system (currently Dynamics) - support its redesign and future automation and digitalisation efforts.
• Liaise with production and operations teams to understand key cost drivers and enable financial transparency.
• Coordinate and collaborate with the accounting team (external / internal), helping to shape accounting structure and workflows.
• Drive reporting quality and consistency, prepare management dashboards and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
