What you can expect :

  • Employee management : You will manage a 15-strong team in a professional and disciplinary capacity
  • Service responsibility : You are responsible for IT service management, including the coordination and monitoring of ongoing projects and ensuring service quality
  • Regular reviews : You will conduct regular service review meetings to review SLAs and KPIs
  • Clear escalation management : you take control of escalations - internally and towards customers and suppliers
  • ITIL & further development of services : You are responsible for and optimize our ITIL-based service processes and systematically develop our managed services and network operation processes further
  • Presales involvement : You support the calculation of offers and tenders
  • Performance orientation : you monitor the service KPIs and continuously develop them further

What you bring to the table :

  • Qualification : You have a degree or training in the commercial or technical field
  • Management experience : You have already led larger teams and have a high degree of entrepreneurial thinking and action
  • IT service management know-how : You have extensive experience in this area and are ITIL-certified
  • Technical expertise : You are very familiar with enterprise and carrier networks as well as network operations and managed services
  • Project management expertise : You are confident in using both classic methods (e.g. Prince2) and agile approaches (e.g. SCRUM)
  • Consulting & Presales : You impress with your customer focus and experience in dealing with tenders
