The Role

We are looking for a Commercial Sales Executive to drive new business growth and close high-value deals with mid-market and commercial customers. You will be responsible for managing a high-velocity sales cycle , engaging multiple stakeholders, and ensuring successful deal execution.

  • Strategic acquisition : Identify and engage with commercial and mid-market prospects, navigating competitive sales cycles.
  • Relationship management : Build and maintain strong customer relationships, becoming a trusted advisor .
  • Solution selling : Position the company’s AI-powered SaaS platform as a business-critical tool for customers.
  • Negotiations & closing : Manage pricing, legal, and procurement processes , ensuring smooth deal closures.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine the commercial sales strategy.
  • What Does Success Look Like? You consistently hit and exceed sales targets, helping drive continued 100% revenue growth. And you play a key role in refining and optimising the company’s commercial sales processes.

    Your Skillset - What You Bring to the Table :

  • Proven track record in commercial or mid-market SaaS sales , independently managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Process-driven sales approach , with the ability to navigate a high-volume inbound pipeline .
  • Fluency in German and English , with experience selling into the German market .
  • Ability to negotiate commercial contracts , managing procurement processes effectively.
  • Self-starter mentality , with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment .
