Intervl are exclusivley partnered with a fast-growing European scale-up in the EV charging software space. They are hiring for a Sales Manager to support their next phase of growth. Backed by top-tier investors and on a mission to make electric vehicle charging faster, fairer and more transparent.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify, engage, and onboard Charge Point Operators (CPOs) across Europe
  • Own the full B2B sales process, from prospecting to close
  • Understand customer challenges around pricing, payments, and utilisation
  • Feed insights into product, onboarding and commercial strategy
  • Represent the company at key industry events and forums

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience (energy, fintech, or e-mobility preferred)
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Comfortable speaking to both commercial and technical audiences
  • Proactive, self-starting, and able to work independently
  • Excited to work in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment
  • Team player who’s open to shaping sales strategy and direction
  • Based in Germany
