Role Overview
As the International Sales Manager (Life Science) , you will :
- Be accountable for driving sales performance across scientific customer segments in a defined international territory
- Act as the primary interface between strategic accounts, distributors, and internal teams
- Lead commercial execution and customer engagement strategies aligned with business goals
- Deliver consistent growth through value-based selling and effective channel management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, CX, inside sales, and senior commercial leadership
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow key accounts within the life science and laboratory sectors across a range of consumable focused product rangeIdentify new opportunities through market research and customer insightDevelop tailored solutions, lead contract negotiations, and influence pricing strategiesAlign with distribution partners to drive adoption and improve end-user outcomesMonitor KPIs and report on commercial activity, market changes, and competitive positioningSupport marketing and event activities, including industry fairs and partner initiativesMaintain accurate CRM data and contribute to forecasting and planning processesCandidate Profile
5+ years of commercial experience in life science, scientific, or laboratory sales , ideally in an international capacityExperience working with end-users and distribution networks in B2B environmentsStrong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and understanding of margin and pricing structuresFluent in German and Communication in EnglishProven ability to work independently, navigate matrix structures, and build strategic partnershipsCommercially savvy, analytically minded, and solution-orientedWhy Consider This Role?
