Ihre Aufgaben

  • Leitung des Bereiches Endmontage Sondermaschinenbau und Robotics
  • Sicherstellung der Programmerfllung hinsichtlich Qualitt Menge Termin und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Fhrung und Weiterentwicklung der zugeordneten Mitarbeiter
  • Verantwortlich fr die Einhaltung der Arbeitsordnung Sicherheitsvorschriften und Umweltschutzbestimmungen
  • Frderung und Weiterentwicklung einer teamorientierten Zusammenarbeit sowie aktive Mitarbeit bei der Bereichsentwicklung
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Produktionsablufe und Produktivitt
  • Beauftragung von Reparatur und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Auswahl und Gestaltung geeigneter Betriebsmittel und Systeme fr die Prozesse (Montieren und Prfen)

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Gewerblich-technische Ausbildung sowie eine mit gutem Erfolg abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Industriemeister vorzugsweise Fachrichtung Elektronik bzw. Metall
  • Systematische und zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit einem gut ausgeprgten Fachwissen
  • Erfahrungen im Produktionsumfeld u.a. mit Produktanlufen sind von Vorteil
  • Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft Durchsetzungsvermgen und Zuverlssigkeit
  • Hohes Ma an Kommunikationsfhigkeit mit den Schnittstellen wie Arbeitsplanung Montagesteuerung und Entwicklung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PC-Anwendungen (z. B. SAP-Basiswissen MS-Office)
  • Leitung kleinerer Projekte im Produktionsumfeld
