The Team Lead will bring their heavy lift or offshore construction technical and mechanical expertise to a position of managing people.

Function description

Head a team of engineers to guide them in a productive and strategic path in offshore projects. We are looking for someone who will use their technical expertise in a position of people management. Working in a multidisciplinary environment, you will be responsible for :

• Preparation, execution, and quality of work
• Team performance and management
• Internal and external stakeholder management
