We are pleased to support one of our clients in the search for a Financial Controller. The company is based in the south-east of Luxembourg, close to the German border, and specializes in industrial construction. Known for delivering large-scale infrastructure projects—such as bridges, factories, and roadways—it serves both public sector bodies and private corporations.

The financial operations of the company are centralized at its Luxembourg site, even though the business maintains a strong and growing presence throughout Europe. Your Responsibilities | Financial Controller – Industrial Company - Luxembourg

  • You will help monitor and control the finances of the group’s subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with internal standards and local regulation.
  • You will contribute to the preparation of consolidated reports, analyze budget variances, and assist in audits.
  • You will work closely with accounting and operational teams, both at headquarters and in local offices across Europe.
  • You will support financial process improvements and assist with the group’s international development projects, including occasional travel.

Profile and Career Path | Financial Controller – Industrial Company - Luxembourg

  • Fluency in French and German is essential, as these are the main working languages used within the group and across its subsidiaries.
  • Additional language skills, such as another European language, are appreciated and may be beneficial in supporting the group’s international operations.
