Your area of work

Within the Eurex Client Solutions & Cross Product Innovation team, you will be responsible for building a knowledge and innovation hub focused on client (segment) intelligence and regional needs, consolidating and refining product & services opportunities, coordinating client segment outreaches as well as supporting Eurex’s international positioning by identifying growth & structural opportunities.

Your responsibilities

Support product development and design initiatives in collaboration with Product Owners
Client segment analyses, incl. research, product usage and activities across ETD, OTC and Repo
Development of client segment intelligence and sales material, with a focus on buy-side engagement and education
Identification and tailoring of new opportunities based on client (segment) demand and regional regulatory access
Support / coordination of cross-product outreaches with (regional) sales teams
Prioritization, refinement, and socializing of (cross-) product & services opportunities with Eurex Sales and Design teams
Assessment of global trading & clearing trends

Your profile

Highly self motivated, team-oriented individual with 3 years’ experience in the futures, securities, or financial services industry

Know-how of Derivatives, Funding & Financing products, and markets, as well as a good understanding of the business motivations of various market participants (CTAs, Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, etc.)

Experience in the financial derivatives product development arena, incl. sound understanding of financial derivatives and analytics

Understanding of the latest changes to the regulatory landscape, its potential impact on financial legislation, and the trends towards centralized clearing

Strong organizational, problem-solving, analytical and programming skills (Python, etc.)

Established relationships with trading desks and / or portfolio managers is a plus

Confident with strong communication skills, able to engage senior internal & external stakeholders

Proven ability to work alone and as part of a team with the objective to meet common target achievement
