Sourcing Manager – Berlin - Pharmaceutics

BioTalent is partnered with a leading global provider of integrated clinical and commercial services to support the hire of a Sourcing Manager, with expertise across pharmaceutical procurement and clinical trial drug sourcing.

You will be responsible for

Managing drug sourcing for clinical trial supply chains
Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets
Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams and external clients
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards
Making informed decisions under pressure to meet tight deadlines

Key Requirements

University degree or relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience

Fluency in both English and German (C1 level or above)

Experience in clinical trials or a strong background in the pharmaceutical sector

Clear and effective communication with the ability to build strong relationships
