FP&A intern

The role :

You will support the FP&A team by providing the business with analysis and insights in order to drive informed decisions to reach out financial goals and ensure the long-term stability and profitability of the business.

What you’ll do :

In an environment where everything is fast-paced, you will contribue to all 5 pillars of the group strategy : people-centric, brand-builder, consumer-obsessed, digitally minded, and commited to responsible beauty. You will be a contributor in managing the P&L and providing support to the business working mainly on the E-Commerce, CRM, and media scope. You will help improve financial performance and assist in instilling a ROI mindset within the organization.

• Assist the FP&A team with monthly sales and P&L reporting, analysis, and planning.
• Provide support to business partners through the monthly actuals and budgeting processes.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to finance and business teams. Extract and analyze data from multiple datasets.
• Drive continuous improvement through developing and maintaining reports and processes.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and other tasks as needed.
