Business Development Executive

  • 75000 Basic Salary 10000 Commission

About the Role :

Join a global leader in tooling solutions with decades of expertise in customizing tools to meet the challenges of sheet metal fabrication. Represent this well-established company in Belgium driving revenue growth and building lasting customer relationships.

This is a consultative field-based sales role working closely with the European sales team.

  • Account Management : Manage a portfolio of 150 accounts including active and dormant customers with a focus on increasing revenue across the region.
  • New Business Development : Identify opportunities for selling tooling packages tied to Punch Press and Press Brake machine tooling solutions.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure seamless communication.
  • Problem-Solving : Provide tailored solutions to customers tooling and sheet metal challenges.
  • Market Insight : Stay informed about competitors and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • The Candidate :

    The ideal candidate will be a driven sales professional with a background in technical or mechanical engineering.

  • Sales Experience : B2B Sales Experience
  • Technical Knowledge : Mechanical engineering qualifications or experience
  • Proven Hunter : A growth-oriented driven individual eager to expand their territory and customer base.
