Were now looking for a motivated and driven Sales Engineer to strengthen our Sales Team in Germany Hamburg. If youre passionate about high-performance safety solutions and enjoy building strong client relationships in a purpose-driven company this is your chance to make an impact.

Note : This position is open to both Junior Sales Engineers and Sales Engineers with the final title and responsibilities determined based on the candidates experience and qualifications.

What Youll Be Doing

As a Sales Engineer youll play a key role in our growth journey focusing on existing and new customers across the Marine and Transport / Rolling Stock sectors :

  • Grow and manage accounts with shipowners shipyards partners and operators.
  • Drive sales of Fire Flame and Gas detection systems and complementary offerings.
  • Promote our safety solutions to the Marine Naval and Train / Rolling Stock markets.
  • Conduct in-person client meetings product presentations and contract negotiations.
  • Develop partnerships with distributors and subcontractors to broaden market reach.
  • Participate in industry events and maintain knowledge of trends and competitors.
  • Work closely with internal teams to tailor product solutions to customer needs.
  • Follow-up on contracts projects and / or orders to ensure qualitative and timely deliveries.
  • Exceed sales targets and contribute to our mission of protecting lives.

What You Bring

  • 2 years of experience in B2B technical sales (Marine Naval or Rolling Stock industries).
  • A degree in Engineering Business or a related technical field.
  • Strong knowledge of safety systems and industry-specific standards.
  • Proven experience building client relationships and closing complex deals.
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
  • Digitally-savvy and proficient in MS Office 365 Teams CRM / ERP systems.
  • Comfortable working in international multicultural teams.
  • Familiarity with export regulations and contract negotiations is a plus.
  • Experience from project and order management is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Germany and occasionally abroad (up to 30%).
