SAP HCM PY CPM CONSULTANT

Location : Work from Home, Europe

Contract Length : Until May 2025

Start Date : ASAP

Skilled SAP HCM PY (Human Capital Management - Payroll) Consultant with in-depth expertise in SAP HCM German Payroll module, with a focus on configuring and optimizing Payroll processes. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver SAP HCM solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities :

Configure and maintain SAP HCM PY module to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand payroll processes and ensure accurate configuration.
Provide expertise in the implementation and integration of SAP HCM PY solutions.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP HCM PY-related issues, providing timely support to end-users.
Stay abreast of SAP updates and industry best practices to enhance system functionality.
Participate in system testing, user training, and documentation of processes.

Profile

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as an SAP HCM PY Consultant with hands-on configuration skills.

Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance standards.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Certification in SAP HCM modules is highly desirable.
