Salary Range : €40,000 – €55,000 base + €30,000 commission

Role Description

As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in pipeline generation by identifying and engaging midmarket and enterprise-level prospects. You’ll use a mix of cold outreach, social selling, event networking, and partner engagement to generate high-quality SQLs. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of innovative product and impactful sales strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified opportunities through outbound outreach and strategic campaigns
  • Manage outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events
  • Deliver 9+ SQLs per month through consistent and creative prospecting
  • Educate potential clients on the platform’s unique value and capabilities
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partnerships
  • Leverage tools and resources to refine outreach and improve conversion

Must-Haves :

  • 0 - 2 years of outbound B2B sales experience
  • German fluency and strong English communication
