What you will do
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will :
- Participate in preparing the customer site for installation and commissioning events of packaging equipment
- Execute preventive maintenance activities in line with global Tetra Pak standard procedures and reinstate equipment into production environment according to defined expectations
- Participate in the execution of preventive maintenance activities for packaging equipment
- Document your findings in technical reports
- Inform relevant Tetra Pak staff in a timely manner about discovered Technical Issues
- Take an active role in developing and implementing improvement solutions for machine equipment, analyse machine performance, and drive performance improvement
- Perform installation of rebuilding kits / upgrades, ensuring agreed performance of Tetra Pak lines
- Participate in building good relationships with customer staff and colleagues in our Market Companies
- Execute all work in accordance with Tetra Pak and Customer safety regulations and requirements and promote a safe working culture in the team
- Participate in the installation of relevant rebuilding / upgrade kits
- Inform relevant Tetra Pak Field Staff about ongoing service activities as well as any issues affecting the customer or the quality of Tetra Pak service
- Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak at all times, ensuring good working relationships with the customer and Tetra Pak colleagues, and that Tetra Pak’s reputation is sustained
- Execute all work in accordance with Tetra Pak and Customer safety regulations and requirements. Execute all work in accordance with Tetra Pak standards and requirements regarding product quality and food safety. Escalate all discovered food safety, quality assurance and regulatory issues
- Comply with all reporting requirements
We believe you have
A degree in mechanical, mechatronics, robotics, control & automation engineering or similar3 to 5 years of experience in Installations, maintenance, and / or repair work, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic experience is strongly desiredTechnical English is requiredPLC Programming Knowledge helpful, automation basic skillsA valid driving license and willingness to travel extensivelyWillingness to travel in the majority of your timeWorking service-oriented with the mindset to help our customers and focused on qualityWork independently and be flexible to new situationsAn attitude to represent Tetra Pak to our customers, such as : Be service-oriented, putting the customer in first place Team player with high commitment, but with the ability to act decisively if / when needed Developed problem-solving skills, with an ability to apply structure and priority to duties Persistent and efficient with a logical / structured way to solve issuesWe Offer You
