Since 2002, ECO RETAIL has been a pioneer in developing sustainable reusable concepts for the retail sector. Our products reduce advertising costs, increase sales figures, and actively contribute to CO2 reduction. With over 20 years of experience, we rely on 100% recyclable plastic products and actively promote the use of recycled materials. We have successfully convinced renowned companies such as the ALDI Süd Group of the benefits of our solutions and stand for exceptional value for money and continuous innovation.

What We Offer :

  • Performance-based commissions :

In direct management, we anticipate average order volumes of €1500 (ranging from €400 to €5000) over the past 12 months. For existing customer management : Customers within their region will be assigned to them. They are eligible for commissions on orders initiated by their own efforts. A separate (higher) commission rate will be established for new customers.

    • Tasks

  • Acquisition of new customers and customer retention
  • Providing excellent customer service through regular retail store visits
  • Planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns to boost revenue
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ordering replenishments as necessary
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through professional communication
  • Occasional team meetings may be conducted online or at the Eco Retail office in Troisdorf, Germany
  • Regular reporting on current developments
  • Work independently and flexibly, shaping daily work autonomously
  • Contribute significantly to the company's success
  • Identifying potential agency partners, presenting solutions, negotiating agreements, and maintaining collaborative relationships

    • Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in or for the retail sector
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor when interacting with customers
  • Class B driver's license required
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Required language skills : English (fluent), German (desirable)
  • Passion for sustainable products and environmental protection
