What your role will be
As a Marketing Automation & CRM Manager you will leverage your Braze expertise and lifecycle management skills to build optimize and scale highperforming automated messaging campaigns across multiple channels (email push inapp Whatsapp). You will play a key role in personalizing customer journeys using Liquid scripting while continuously improving campaign performance through automation data insights and A / B testing.
- Develop and manage automated campaigns using Braze to drive engagement retention and revenue growth.
- Utilize Liquid scripting to create highly personalized and dynamic customer messaging.
- Plan build and optimize multichannel campaigns (email push SMS inapp) including audience segmentation trigger setup and A / B testing .
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows improve lifecycle strategies and increase efficiency.
- Own the campaign creation process collaborating with Product Data and other stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance collect insights and continuously optimize marketing automation flows .
- Use segmentation tactics to deliver tailored datadriven customer journeys and salesdriven communication.
- Work closely with stakeholders to consolidate and enhance customer data for improved targeting.
- Support CRM strategy development by defining technical requirements and integrating new automation capabilities.
What we want to see in you
4 years of experience in CRM lifecycle marketing or marketing automation.Proven experience with Braze and proficiency in Liquid scripting .Strong understanding of marketing automation audience segmentation and campaign personalization .Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.Familiarity with Metabase Google Analytics Firebase and experience with SQL is a plus .Structured organized and detailoriented with excellent project management skills.Strong communication and crossfunctional collaboration skills.Passion for fintech is a plus.Fluency in English (German is a plus).What you can expect from us
