About you I The Position

We are looking for a creative and driven Community Manager Intern to join our team in Luxembourg for a 6-month internship. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about social media, content creation, and building strong online communities to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Reports to : Digital Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities :

Social Media Management

  • Develop and schedule engaging content across MDSS’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Design and content for social media campaigns.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions to cultivate a positive and active online community.
  • Assist in increasing social media reach and engagement.

Content Creation

  • Design creative and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and posts, that align with MDSS’s brand identity.
  • Collaborate with the design team and external agencies to ensure high-quality content delivery.
  • Research and incorporate trending topics, hashtags, and innovative formats to keep the content fresh and appealing.

    • Community Engagement

  • Engage with the online community by managing conversations with followers, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
  • Organize and execute community-focused initiatives, contests, and campaigns to drive participation and brand loyalty.
  • Maintain a consistent and positive tone in all interactions to enhance the brand’s reputation.

    • Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and evaluate social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to optimize strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to the marketing team.

    • Market Research

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities.
  • Explore innovative ways to strengthen MDSS’s online presence.

    • Our Expectations :

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • A strong passion for social media, content creation, and community building.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluency in French or another language is a plus).
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, as well as design tools like Canva or Photoshop.
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools is an asset.
