Empiric have received an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Solution Architect with strong Sales and Service Cloud experience. Plus skills in leading a global team throughout the design, development, launch, and support of Salesforce.com solutions.

Our client is looking for strong candidates to with a good experience of stakeholder management and lots of client facing meetings providing solutions

The Sales Cloud Service, Cloud Architect will provide industry experiences to help improve Salesforce solutions, help to resolve, mitigate issues, and risks as they arise. and document design of Salesforce solutions.

Skills / Experience

10+ years of relevant Salesforce experience

Strong Salesforce Architectural expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

Strong expertise in Lightning / Communities, APEX java class / coding, custom coding, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Workflows, CSS, HTML, Templates and Web Services.

Writing user stories to capture Salesforce requirements

Designing or building Salesforce integrations with 3rd party applications

Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

• Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making
