Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to join our growing Legal and Compliance team. The role offers cross-border exposure across two key jurisdictions – Germany and the UK. The role will focus on assisting in the management of our global compliance monitoring programme, covering a broad range of activities across the firm, as well as employee-level compliance on a global scale. There’s also a strong horizon scanning element, making it a great opportunity for someone who would like a wide-angle view of regulatory developments and their impact on an international business.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the Legal and Compliance Director in ensuring the Firm complies with all relevant UK and German regulatory requirements.
• Assist with regulatory filings and maintaining compliance records.
• Assist with administering the compliance monitoring programme.
• Assist in internal and external audits, helping to address findings and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage employee level compliance (PADs, gifts and entertainment, outside business interests).
• Support the creation, implementation and review of the compliance policies and procedures tailored to UK and Germany.
• Assist with preparation of the regular compliance reports and updates for senior management.
• Assist with providing support to internal stakeholders.
• Assist in delivering training for new joiners, designing annual compliance training and helping promote awareness of compliance requirements.
• Assist with managing local advisors and legal counsel.
• Assist with monitoring regulatory developments in the UK and Germany.
