Our client, a leading renewable energy company, is seeking a dynamic Senior Legal Counsel to lead M&A transactions and collaborate on energy law matters in this rapidly expanding industry. You’ll have the opportunity to shape impactful acquisitions, negotiate key contracts, and work closely with internal teams and external legal experts to navigate the complexities of renewable energy law.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide legal support for renewable energy project acquisitions, including contract negotiations and due diligence oversight.
• Advise internal teams on legal risks, regulatory requirements, and commercial implications.
• Offer guidance on approval processes and energy law matters in early-stage projects.
• Train and advise specialists and management on evolving renewable energy regulations.
• Manage relationships with external legal advisors and coordinate cross-functional legal support.
• Participate in special projects in collaboration with internal departments.
