Role
First Customer Success Manager hire in Germany, managing key enterprise and mid-market accounts across DACHFull ownership of onboarding, retention, renewals and customer satisfactionAct as the primary product expert and trusted advisor for clients, partnering closely with global teamsTechnical and consultative role with exposure to Marketing Analytics, CRO, SEO, A / B testing and broader digital marketingExperience Needed
