Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about products and services, providing clear and effective information.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Educate customers about service offerings and guide them through processes.
  • Document customer interactions accurately to ensure service quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve processes.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
  • Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
