The Store Manager develops and coordinates the commercial human and economic strategy of the shop in line with the overall strategy of the organisation.

As the manager of her / his shop she / he is responsible for the relevance of her / his business and commercial decisions her / his management and the achievement of sales and customer satisfaction targets.
