Our client is a booming industrial machinery manufacturing company. They are looking for a senior German speaking manager to join the team. You will take responsibility at the intersection of development and production. As Head of Industrialization R&D (m / f / d) , you will play a key role in driving innovation, industrialization, and cross-functional collaboration across departments.
We are currently seeking to fill the position of : .
Your Responsibilities
- Provide support to internal departments such as Service, Quality Management (QM), or Application Engineering
- Lead industrialization efforts in close collaboration with Operations and Application Engineering to transition new developments into series production
- Serve as an internal consultant on cross-functional topics such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), User Experience (UX), machine safety, PLC programming, and detailed mechanical design including technical drawings
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration and develop best practices for Support, Industrialization, and In-house Consulting
- Drive team development and the implementation of new technologies and methodologies
- Coordinate and prioritize projects and requests in line with overall business goals
- Act as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders
