Role

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Technical Product Operations (Agile) to join our fast-growing Product team. This is a key role responsible for ensuring the smooth and successful delivery of technology products through program management excellence, agile methodology, and strong operational oversight.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, you’ll act as Scrum Master and operational lead for large-scale projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and outcomes are aligned to business goals. You’ll collaborate across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to turn vision into scalable solutions.

• Lead and manage multiple large-scale product development initiatives using Agile methodology
• Act as Scrum Master—facilitating bi-weekly ceremonies, grooming sessions, and sprint retrospectives
• Drive operational excellence with tools, metrics, dashboards, and success tracking
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage priorities, risks, and team commitments
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable tickets and user stories
• Analyze sprint performance and product data to inform roadmap and backlog prioritization
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and analytics teams to ensure smooth execution
• Champion Agile best practices and continuously improve delivery processes
