Want to lead the charge on how Europe plays, engages, and competes? Bauer Media is seeking a Director of Live Operations to own the performance, strategy, and monetization of our Games & Competitions portfolio across markets.
You’ll be at the centre of it all :
- Advising market CEOs and product leads on new game launches and monetization
- Rolling out testing and experimentation frameworks to drive continuous improvement
- Defining and tracking KPIs to deliver on our consumer growth ambitions
- Creating a scalable portfolio across SMS, digital, and mobile formats
- Partnering with data, marketing, product and compliance teams across Europe
