They are now looking to strengthen their Employment Law team with a talented and ambitious Employment Associate .

Employment Law Associate - Your Role :

Step into a varied and intellectually stimulating role where your expertise will make a real difference :

Advise top-tier national and international clients on complex employment law matters
Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and regulatory documentation
Represent clients in negotiations, disputes, and court proceedings
Stay at the forefront of national and EU labor law developments to proactively guide clients

Employment Law Associate - Your Profile :

You have at least 3 years of experience in employment law , within a Luxembourg firm (Big Four, Magic Circle, or boutique with strong exposure)

You hold a Master's degree in Law, ideally with a specialization in Employment or Labor Law

You are fluent in French and English (German or Luxembourgish is an asset)

You are both precise and pragmatic, able to deliver clear solutions in complex situations

You enjoy working in a team, are client-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Employment Law Associate - What We Offer :

Up to €100,000 gross / year + bonus

Work from home up to 2 days per week
